Return & Refund POLICY

At Sunday Soul Notes, we put care into every journal we create and ship. Our goal is for you to receive your order in perfect condition and enjoy it for years to come.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, duplicate orders, or preference differences.

Stolen Packages

Please note that once USPS confirms delivery, Sunday Soul Notes cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. To help avoid these situations, we encourage customers to ship to a secure location and/or sign up for USPS Informed Delivery notifications.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Double-check with neighbors, family members, or building management to ensure it wasn’t received on your behalf.
2. Verify the delivery address used at checkout.
3. Contact your local USPS office to report the issue and file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Because Sunday Soul Notes purchases all shipping labels directly through USPS, we are responsible for filing any necessary claims with USPS.

The damaged journal must be returned to us in its original packaging with shipping confirmation provided. Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations – Items not returned in their original packaging or items damaged after delivery (e.g., from use, storage, or accidents) are not eligible for replacement.
