Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that once USPS confirms delivery, Sunday Soul Notes cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. To help avoid these situations, we encourage customers to ship to a secure location and/or sign up for USPS Informed Delivery notifications.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

  1. Double-check with neighbors, family, or building management.
  2. Confirm the delivery address entered at checkout.
  3. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

Sunday Soul Notes is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

Free Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard ground shipping on all regular-priced domestic orders within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Ground Advantage (Free): 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll provide return instructions and ship a replacement once the original is received.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Any re-shipment fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
