What is the minimum order quantity?
Our pricing tiers begin at a minimum of 5 journals. Here is our tiered pricing:
5 - 14 Journals | $39 ea.
15 - 49 Journals | $37 ea
50 - 99 Journals | $36 ea.
100+ Journals | $35 ea.

How far in advance should we place our order?
We recommend submitting your inquiry 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding or event date. This ensures ample time to finalize custom packaging details and coordinate fulfillment.
Need a faster turnaround? Contact us directly with your event date. We do our best to accommodate rush orders based on current inventory and production capacity.
How is shipping calculated for event orders?
All orders include complimentary shipping.
How will my order be packaged?
All event orders of Sunday Soul Notes® arrive ready to be styled on reception tables or slipped directly into welcome bags.
Each journal is wrapped in our signature velvet envelope.
Can I order a single sample before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We encourage couples and wedding planners to experience a luxury wedding favor firsthand. You can order an individual sample copy—complete with our signature velvet envelope—to review the craftsmanship and presentation before finalizing your event order.
Individual samples are $50.00 (plus tax). Should you decide to move forward with a full order of 15 or more journals, $50.00 will be credited directly toward your final invoice.
Can you ship directly to our venue or wedding planner?
Yes, as long as your venue accepts incoming guest/vendor packages! Because venue policies regarding package receiving, storage windows, and hold fees vary by location, shipments to venues are governed strictly by your venue’s specific guidelines. We request that you or your planner confirm their receiving window and package labeling requirements prior to shipping.
How does the order and payment process work?
After you submit an inquiry form, our team will review your date and details and send over a custom proposal.
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your production slot and date reservation.
- Print Notes: We print any personalized card inserts or packaging details.
- Final Balance & Delivery: The remaining balance is settled prior to shipping, and your order is delivered venue-ready with tracked delivery.
