Living by His Design, Not by Life’s Default.

Join a high-energy sisterhood of women who are officially retiring from ‘Default Mode’ to live intentionally by His design.

(No perfect people allowed.)

When you realize you need a community of like-minded ‘Sistas’.

You’re part of a circle of women where you don’t have to “perform” you just show up, share the truth of your week, and find the exact piece of the Word that anchors you. You’ve got the discipline, the community, and the monthly “social resets” that keep your soul from running on empty. This is what it feels like to finally be centered.

I know what it’s like to have a “busy” life that feels incredibly lonely. The frustration of wanting to be closer to God but feeling like you’re just checking a box. I kept trying to “discipline” my way into peace, only to realize I was missing the two things that change everything: intentionality and authentic community. I built the Sunday Soul Notes Collective because I needed a place where I didn’t have to choose between being spiritual and being real. And I have a feeling you do, too.

This is how we do it together:

01. Word-Led Conversations

Real Topics. Solid Ground.

Every other week we take the real-life topics we’re all navigating. From boundaries to breakthroughs, and see what the Word actually has to say about them. It’s a grounded, open conversation not a lecture.

02. Guided Journaling

Process the Noise.
A good conversation stays with you; a journaled one changes you. We use the Sunday Soul Notes prompts to help you bridge the gap between what we discussed and how you’re actually going to live it out. Think of it as the ultimate “me-time” with a side of accountability.

03. The Monthly Social

Less Screen Time, More Soul Time (coming Soon)

Once a month, we trade our journals for some real-world fun. Whether we’re hitting a local park, grabbing a well-deserved brunch, or getting crafty, these socials are about celebrating the community we’re building. Come for the fun, stay for the vibe.

Upcoming Gatherings & Events

Here is a list of our upcoming virtual “girl talk” gatherings an in person events.
You can only RSVP for virtual gatherings 7-days before.

May 17, 2026 - Getting Out of Comfort Zones

Sunday @ 7:30 PM (EST) | Virtual

Growth rarely happens in the places where we feel most secure. While comfort provides a sense of safety, it can also become a cage that keeps us from the very experiences and breakthroughs we were meant for. Stepping into the unknown requires courage and requires a willingness to start over.

In this gathering, we’ll explore the tension between safety and soul-growth, learning how to distinguish between a healthy boundary and a fear-based barrier.

Journal Reflection: What is one “safe” habit I’m clinging to that has become a ceiling, and what is one small step I can take outside of it this week?

May 31, 2026 - Training My Mind Not to Wander

Sunday @ 7:30 PM (EST) | Virtual

In a world designed to keep us distracted, presence is a quiet act of rebellion. When our minds are constantly drifting to yesterday’s regrets or tomorrow’s “what-ifs,” we miss the clarity and peace available to us right now. Learning to anchor our thoughts is a practice of reclaiming our mental sovereignty.

In this gathering, we’ll discuss practical ways to quiet the internal noise and develop the discipline of being fully present in the current moment.

Journal Reflection: When my mind begins to wander, where does it usually go, and what is a “grounding truth” I can use to call myself back?

June 14, 2026 - Biblical Finance & Stewardship

Sunday @ 7:30 PM (EST) | Virtual

Our relationship with money is rarely just about math; it’s about our values, our fears, and our sense of security. Whether we are navigating scarcity or managing abundance, how we view our resources shapes how we show up in the world. True financial peace begins with shifting from a mindset of grip to a mindset of stewardship.

In this gathering, we’ll look at our financial journey through a lens of intentionality, moving past the shame of the past and toward a more purposeful future.

Journal Reflection: How much of my financial stress is tied to my actual needs versus my perceived status, and how can I practice more gratitude for what is already in my hand?

June 28, 2026 - Mentorship: Iron Sharpens Iron

Sunday @ 7:30 PM (EST) | Virtual

We weren’t meant to figure everything out in isolation. Mentorship, whether we are seeking guidance or offering it, creates a bridge between experience and potential. It’s about the humility to ask for directions and the generosity to leave the light on for those coming into the room behind us.

In this gathering, we’ll talk about the power of “inviting others to sit at the table” and the importance of having voices in our lives that challenge us to grow.

Journal Reflection: Who is a “season ahead” of me that I can learn from, and who am I currently positioned to pour into?
